Join a Series C FinTech company as CRO to drive revenue strategy across sales, marketing, and customer success. Lead the charge to accelerate growth from $50M to $200M+ ARR.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of revenue leadership experience
  • Proven track record scaling companies from $50M+ ARR
  • Experience in FinTech, payments, or financial services
  • Strong background in both sales and marketing
  • Experience with venture-backed, high-growth companies
  • MBA or equivalent strategic business experience

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end revenue strategy and execution
  • Lead sales, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Drive aggressive revenue growth targets
  • Optimize revenue operations and go-to-market efficiency
  • Partner with CEO and board on strategic initiatives
  • Build scalable revenue processes and systems
