Senior Data Scientist - Healthcare AI

Job Description

Build predictive models for patient outcomes and drug discovery. Work at the intersection of healthcare and AI to develop models that improve patient care and accelerate medical research.

Requirements

• MS/PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare data science or biostatistics
• Proficiency in Python, R, and statistical modeling techniques
• Experience with healthcare data (EHR, claims, clinical trials)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare workflows
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (HIPAA, FDA)
• Experience with clinical study design and biomarker analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models for patient outcomes and disease progression
• Analyze clinical trial data and biomarker discovery datasets
• Build machine learning pipelines for drug discovery applications
• Collaborate with clinicians and researchers on study design
• Ensure data privacy and regulatory compliance in all analyses
• Communicate findings to both technical and clinical stakeholders
• Support regulatory submissions with statistical analysis and documentation
