Lead sales strategy and execution for a fast-growing AI startup. Drive revenue growth from $20M to $100M+ ARR while building a world-class sales organization.
Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience
- 5+ years in VP/Director level sales leadership roles
- Experience scaling sales teams from $10M-$100M+ ARR
- Track record in AI/ML, SaaS, or technology verticals
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategy
- Build, scale, and lead high-performing sales teams
- Drive revenue growth and achieve aggressive targets
- Establish sales processes, methodologies, and KPIs
- Partner with marketing and product teams on GTM strategy
- Manage key enterprise accounts and strategic partnerships
